Version 2026-01 | Product: Digital Invoice Integrator (DInvoice)
Please read these Terms before creating an account. By selecting “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service” and clicking “Create account”, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business you register and agree to these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
DInvoice provides subscription software for preparing, managing and, where enabled, transmitting invoices and related information through supported integrations. Available features, limits, support and prices are shown in the selected plan or order confirmation. You must give accurate registration and business information, keep it current, safeguard login credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your users' accounts, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.
The service is intended for businesses and their authorized representatives. DInvoice is a software provider; using it does not by itself establish that DInvoice is a tax authority or an FBR or provincial licensed integrator. Any required licensed-integrator arrangement must be separately identified in the applicable plan or agreement.
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are payable in advance. Your order page will show the selected plan, price, applicable taxes, billing period, start date and next renewal date before you pay. Access to paid features begins when payment is confirmed, unless the order says otherwise. Each renewal period must be paid in advance.
We will not charge a saved payment method automatically unless you separately authorize automatic renewal. If you do authorize it, we will disclose the renewal price and cancellation method at checkout. You may turn off automatic renewal before the next renewal charge; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If automatic renewal is unavailable or disabled, you must pay the next invoice before the new period begins.
Fees already paid for a commenced billing period are nonrefundable except where our posted refund policy, your order, or applicable law requires a refund. We may change prices for future periods by giving at least 30 days' notice; the new price will not apply to a period already paid for. A failed or reversed payment may cause suspension under section 7.
You control and are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the information you enter or import, including buyer and seller details, invoice dates, amounts, tax treatment, HS codes, units of measure, rates, exemptions and any required consents. You must review an invoice and the response from the relevant authority before relying on it, and confirm that each required submission was actually accepted. A draft, queued item, request sent to an API, or a displayed invoice is not proof of acceptance by an authority.
You remain responsible for your own tax filings, corrections, recordkeeping, use of an authorized integrator where required, and compliance with FBR and applicable provincial requirements. We do not provide legal or tax advice. This section does not excuse DInvoice from its own obligations under applicable law or any separate written commitment.
Submissions may depend on FBR, provincial authorities, licensed integrators, payment providers, internet connectivity and other third-party systems. Their rules, endpoints, validation responses and availability may change. We will use reasonable care in operating the features we provide, but we do not guarantee that a third-party service will accept every submission, operate without interruption, or process an invoice by a particular deadline. When a submission fails or remains pending, you must take appropriate steps to check its status and meet your legal deadlines. We will provide reasonable assistance for faults within our service that you report to us.
We may perform maintenance, deploy security fixes or temporarily limit access where necessary. We will give advance notice of planned material interruptions when reasonably practical.
You retain your rights in the data you upload or create in DInvoice. You authorize us to host, process, back up and transmit that data as needed to provide the service, fulfill your requested integrations, secure the platform, and comply with law, as further explained in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to provide the data and any instructions to submit it to a tax authority or authorized integration partner.
We will use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer data. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your own periodic exports or copies of invoices and tax records. You are responsible for retaining records for the period required by the laws that apply to your business, even after your subscription ends. Deleting data from DInvoice does not delete records already received by an authority, an integrator, or another third party, and does not cancel a submitted invoice.
You must not use DInvoice to issue false or unlawful invoices, impersonate another business, misuse another person's credentials, interfere with the service, bypass access or subscription controls, or upload malicious code. You must not submit production invoices through a sandbox or test flow. We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including suspension, while preserving rights and processes required by law.
If a subscription period ends without advance payment for renewal, we may suspend paid features and invoice submissions. We will send notice to your registered email address. During suspension, you may contact us to renew or request an available export of your data. A renewal takes effect when payment is confirmed, subject to any new plan terms disclosed before payment.
If payment remains outstanding for 60 days after the paid period ends, we may close the account and delete customer data from active systems. We will send a further deletion warning at least 14 days before deletion to the registered email address, explaining how to pay or request an export. After deletion, restoration may be impossible. We may retain limited records or backup copies only where legally required, reasonably necessary to resolve disputes or enforce these Terms, or pending routine backup expiry, and will protect and remove them in accordance with the applicable retention schedule. Your duty to retain tax records continues regardless of account closure.
We may suspend an account sooner if necessary to address serious security threats, fraud or unlawful use, with notice when lawful and reasonably practical. If we terminate for our own convenience during a prepaid period, we will refund the unused portion of that period unless applicable law requires a different remedy.
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Except for the commitments expressly stated in these Terms and rights that cannot legally be excluded, DInvoice does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular tax outcome, or acceptance of an invoice by an authority. You must verify important submissions and maintain a practical backup process.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or business opportunity, arising from use of the service. DInvoice's total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees paid or payable for the affected account during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, unpaid fees, or any duty or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory liability of DInvoice in a capacity it actually holds, including as a licensed integrator where applicable.
We may update these Terms for legal, security or service reasons. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or an urgent security issue. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the service before its effective date and request any refund to which the order, refund policy or law entitles you. The version you accepted and later notices will be available on request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of the city of the provider's registered office will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or forum available under applicable law. Before starting proceedings, please contact our support team so we can try to resolve the concern promptly.
